Building the Reputation Architecture Behind Modern Leadership
This month, Christal Agostino, Founder of BOA and Guest Lecturer at Queen’s University, was invited to lead a two-hour graduate-level workshop on Reputation Architecture for students in the MBA and Master of International Business (MIB) programs at the Smith School of Business.
The interactive session explored the strategic frameworks that define how modern leaders build visibility, credibility, and influence in the AI era. Through hands-on strategy mapping sessions and executive branding exercises, Christal guided the MBA candidates in mapping the hidden systems that shape professional perception—what BOA calls Reputation Architecture™.
About the Workshop
The Reputation Architecture™ workshop introduced participants to the tools senior executives use to manage their digital and professional reputation—from AI-era discoverability and LinkedIn authority building to reputation scaffolding and thought-leadership positioning.
Drawing from BOA’s proprietary advisory model, Christal shared how visibility, narrative, and opportunity intersect to form a leader’s strategic footprint—insights usually reserved for executives, board directors, and public figures represented by BOA.
MBA & MIB candidates left the session with an understanding of:
How AI and algorithms now influence professional visibility.
The foundational pillars of a resilient personal brand.
Tactics for building career credibility and trust across global markets.
Why It Matters
In an era where AI systems filter which professionals are seen, heard, and advanced, the ability to architect one’s reputation is becoming as critical as financial literacy or strategy. By bringing BOA’s frameworks into academic programs, Christal bridges the gap between executive-level advisory and graduate business education—equipping future leaders with tools that shape how power and influence are built in the modern marketplace.
