Christal Agostino, founder of BOA Media and creator of the Reputation Architecture Method™, delivered the keynote at The Next Chapter, an evening hosted by the Smith School of Business Full-time MBA program on September 23, 2026, at The Loft on King in Toronto.
Her talk, "Power Your Personal Brand for the AI Era," introduced the Reputation Architecture Method™ — a framework for how professionals are found, understood and trusted by the people and AI tools that evaluate them. Drawing on luxury brand positioning principles, Christal shared practical strategies for shaping how AI systems read, interpret and represent your career based on what's published by and about you online.
The Next Chapter brought together women exploring their next career move for a conversation about ambition, confidence and investing in yourself. The program included Christal's keynote, a Smith alumni panel and networking with current MBA students and alumni.
