What to Expect

You complete a strategic questionnaire that allows us to build a briefing package on your background, goals, and current positioning. We conduct an audit of your digital presence across platforms. Then we meet for the first of two 45-minute sessions to discuss findings and recommendations.

After the first session, you receive detailed notes from our call. You have time to implement initial changes or develop questions.

We reconvene for a second 45-minute session to review your updates, provide feedback, and things.

What happens after I schedule a call?

  • We'll have a confidential 30-minute conversation about your goals, current positioning, and which service package is the right fit.

  • If we both agree it’s a fit, we'll outline next steps and timeline for your onboarding.

What's the onboarding process?

  • Once you join, we schedule your strategic positioning session. We gather materials and background information, then begin work on your reputation architecture optimization.

How does the executive profile page differ from LinkedIN?

  • Your LinkedIN is first-person and bound by platform conventions.

  • Your BOA profile is third-party voice, speaks more directly to your caliber and accomplishments, and is optimized specifically for AI agent and decision maker discovery.

  • Think of it as the difference between your resume and a profile written about you in a business publication.

What does "talent representation" actually mean?

  • Rather than approaching recruiters or boards as individuals, BOA represents a curated collective. We introduce search firms and decision-makers to the group, which creates leverage and protects individual members' negotiating positions. It also makes outreach more efficient and higher-impact.

  • Our Talent Representation retainer fee does not include certain add-on services such as targeted outreach and full-scale PR outreach unless added as a project.

What if I need active opportunity management immediately?

  • If you want immediate active outreach — where we do outreach, field inquiries and negotiate on your behalf starting now — you can add opportunity management (for a fee) at any time.

Can I pause my retainer?

  • This is an annual commitment. You can choose not to renew at the end of your year, but there's no pause option during your membership term. If you need to step away, your profile comes down when your retainer period ends. You may apply to rejoin if representation capacity is available, though founding rates may no longer be offered.

What happens after 2 years?

  • Your founding rate is locked for your first 2 years. After that, you'll have advance notice of any rate adjustments and you’ll always received preferred rates.

Is this confidential?

  • One of the most valuable aspects of BOA representation is strategic ambiguity. When you manage your own visibility, every move gets read as a signal.

  • BOA changes this. You're publicly represented by us for opportunity management — speaking, media, boards, brand partnerships, advisory roles, book deals and yes, corporate opportunities.

  • But because we represent you across ALL of these, no one knows if you're actively exploring a move or simply well-positioned for whatever comes next.

Who should I recommend for BOA?

  • Women at Director+ level who are strategically ambitious and understand the value of infrastructure and representation. If you know someone who would be a strong fit, introductions are always welcome.
